About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Livestock Clerk to join our team at the Naracoorte Plant.

This role supports the livestock department with administrative tasks as well as hands-on coordination of livestock movements. You will work closely with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure livestock deliveries run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate data entry and record keeping of livestock deliveries
Assist with the loading and unloading of cattle at the facility
Liaise with producers, transporters, and processing teams
Maintain documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
Assist in scheduling and livestock logistics
Provide administrative support to the team

About You:

Previous experience in livestock handling, agriculture, or clerical work (highly regarded)
Comfortable working around cattle and in outdoor conditions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems (training provided)
Strong organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading livestock

Q Fever vaccinated (or willing to get)
