• Roles & Responsibilities:

 Identify and generate new leads of freelance journalists and decision-makers from media outlets through various channels.

 Conduct market research to identify potential leads.

 Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage potential leads.

Utilize personalized communication to build relationships and convey the value proposition of 5WH.

 Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create and implement lead-generation campaigns.

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in the CRM system.

 Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

 Stay informed about best practices in lead generation and continuously refine techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Skills Required:

• Lead generation tools

• CRM Software

• Sales Navigator

• Email marketing

• Drafting mails.

• Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

 Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or a related role. Experience in the media or journalism industry is a plus.

 Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.

 Proficiency with CRM software, lead generation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

 Familiarity with the journalism landscape and an understanding of the needs and challenges faced by freelance journalists and media outlets.

LLM Hardware Design Developer - Remote

1. Develop, configure, and customize the hardware design platform, utilizing it to generate vital training data for enterprise LLMs

2. Liaise with research teams to translate requirements into actionable data insights, directly impacting our LLMs' performance

3. Expertise in HDLs such as Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL, and SystemC

4. Expertise in scripting, front-end and verification workflows, and integrations within the hardware design environment

5. Expertise in UVM environments, Formal Verification, Lint process and refinement, Computer Architecture and Assembly Coding and Debugging, Assertion Coding and SVA, ML and AI systems

6. Experience in IP Development:- Verification and Front End. Development:- EDA Tools (VLSI Industry) Verilog + System Verilog

7. Familiarity with Synopsys/Cadence or open source toolchains

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
