Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Legal Consultant - Reception at Gehi & Associates. The role involves handling phone calls, receptionist duties, clerical tasks, communication with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Locations: Workafella, Western Aqua, HiTech City, Hyderabad
Shift timings: 10am to 7pm IST; monday to friday onsite and Saturday wfh
Languages: English + Telugu
Compensation: upto 45k INR in-hand + incentives per month
Notice Period: candidate must be able to start within 7 days
Essential Trainings will be given.
Roles & Responsibilities
Drafting forms and affidavits in support, and interactions with the
USCIS regularly to keep the cases updated and active.
To handle Family-based petitions, Bankruptcy, Divorce, Immigration, VAWA, and Asylum cases.
Communicating advice about all matters of Family-based petitions, Bankruptcy, Divorce, Immigration, VAWA, and Asylum matters with internal attorneys
Explaining available courses of action and possible repercussions of cases to clients.
Addressing the client's concernsregarding deportation and termination, and handling caseterminologies.
Communicating with clients to learn about their legal needs and concerns.
Write case notes and reports.
Preparing forms and completing the packet.
Preparing the clients for interviews.
Attending daily team meetings.
Qualification:
LLM/LLB degree required.
Law, Legal Advice, and Legal Assistance skills
Legal Document Preparation expertise
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent research and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Prior experience in a law firm or legal consultancy
LLM degree in Law or relevant field
