**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods for our customers.
**Duties:**
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Prepare meals & other ready to eat items
- Decorate cakes and pastries as per customer requests
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Package and present baked goods attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Assist in creating new recipes and menu items
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in baking and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Experience in a restaurant or bakery setting
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle food preparation and food handling tasks
- Familiarity with cake decorating techniques
- Skilled in working in a kitchen environment
