Job Description:
The LMS Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining reports on the learning management system (LMS). The role involves analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights that support decision-making related to learning and development initiatives. The LMS Reporting Analyst will work closely with LMS administrators, training managers, and other stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology
6+ years of experience in LMS reporting and analytics
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
Proficiency in Excel, ST database, Jaspersoft, SQL, and LMS reporting tools
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
