Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies
- Proficient in using instructional design software and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
