A little about the position:
As a loader, you will be responsible for assisting the crane operator while moving pools with safety as the number one priority.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to drive a forklift.
Assist with loading/de-molding.
Assist with foaming of pools.
Ability to follow instructions of crane operator.
Must remain clear of chains during demolding process.
Inspect pool after flipping to verify that outfitting/detailing is complete.
Assist the truck drivers as needed to secure & load the pool onto the trailer.
Perform other duties as assigned.
General:
Most of this work in this position is performed outside, in all weather conditions.
Teamwork is necessary to perform this job efficiently and safely.
You must wear PPE as required, including hard hats.
Overtime may be required
Previous crane experience is a plus
Essential Duties:
Physical requirements of the position include but are not limited to prolonged standing, frequent bending/reaching/stooping, overhead work and lifting up to forty (40) pounds.
Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection, respirator, gloves, harness, steel toe shoes and/or protective outerwear are required. Exposure to dust, odors/fumes, heat (dependent upon weather conditions) and noise is typical.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
