Title: Business Systems Analyst / Loan Banking Systems
Location: Onsite / Miami, FL
Duration: 6–+-month contract (W2)

Overview
This role bridges the gap between technology and loan operations, ensuring that systems support the financial institution’s objectives while providing an efficient and secure lending process.
• Responsible for gathering and documenting system requirements for the different loan applications
• You will be working closely with the SME at the different Business Units (Front Line, Credit Risk, and Loan Operations), vendors, and IT to ensure the system meets operational needs.
• This role combines both technical and operational expertise to support the loan origination process.
Responsibilities
• System Analysis & Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements for new features, improvements, or issues within the different loan application systems (nCino, Document Management, Laserpro, etc).
• Data and Document Management: Assist in the gathering and documentation of complex system requirements for multiple systems integration projects.
• User Support & Training: Provide support and training to internal Loan Operations users on how to effectively use the loan system.
• System Integration: Collaborate with IT and Loan Operations teams to integrate nCino with Laserpro, FISERV, Web Director, etc
• Test & Quality Assurance: Assist in the development and execution of Loan Operations test plans to ensure system functionality and integrity. Identify and resolve bugs or issues before system deployment.
Required Skills
• Expertise in requirement gathering and translating technical requirements into business solutions.
• Experience working with C-level executives and stakeholders, and running multiple integration projects in a financial institution.
• Knowledge of loan origination process – Big PLUS.
• Experience with loan systems such as nCino, Lasepro, or FISERV/Navigator – Big PLUS.
• Experience with banking systems integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and suggest improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
