Loan Counselor

Job Specification:
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
Handling student queries and ability to provide information, verbally,
clearly and effectively.
Preparing daily reports and MIS student services.
Making sales calls fixing up the appointments, passing on the sales leads.
Provide comprehensive guidance and counseling to students for studying
1 abroad (speak to students for introduction, service portfolio, warming
up and setting up meetings).
Assist students in understanding various products, eligibility criteria,
and other relevant details.
Evaluate the financial needs of students and recommend suitable loan
solutions based on their requirements.
Communicate effectively with students and their parents/guardians to
address queries, concerns and provide personalized advice.
Collaborate with financial institutions and banks to facilitate.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, loan applications, and
other relevant data.
Stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in the education loan
industry.
Handle telephone inquiries and provide timely assistance to students and
stakeholders.
