About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our financial institution. The
Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, assisting clients in navigating the loan process, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial analysis, exceptional customer service skills, and a thorough understanding of loan products.

Your Responsibilities:
● Evaluate loan applications and assess applicants' financial backgrounds, credit histories, and repayment capacity.
● Analyse Bank statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to determine the creditworthiness of applicants.
● Conduct thorough risk assessments and make informed decisions regarding loan approvals or denials.
● Collaborate with internal teams,to ensure smooth processing and timely completion of loan applications.
● Maintain accurate and detailed records of loan applications, including documentation, correspondence, and any relevant communication.
● Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for business partners.
Required Skills:
● Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
● Proficient in English or Telugu language.
● Strong analytical skills to assess financial documents and make informed lending decisions.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
● Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
● Attention to detail and accuracy in evaluating loan applications and maintaining records.
● Strong ethical standards and adherence to confidentiality guidelines.
Work Location: Mumbai/Hyderabad
Compensation: 2-3 Lakhs per annum
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
