Job Description
2. Coordinate with team and partner banks/ NBFCs for loan documentation, disbursement and customer service.
3. Fulfilling the leads. Implement & develop sales activities to achieve target.
4. Manage relationship with banks/ NBFCs, sales managers, customers.
5. Report back status of leads to central marketing team and update CRM.
6. Generate referral leads from existing customer.
7. Meet clients, verify documents, process file for sanction, co-ordinate for disbursement of loan. Ensure the achievement of given business target. -Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
Desired Profile: -
1. Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard.
2. At least 1 year experience in Education loan sales.
3. Strong command over English.
4. Must have studied Maths at least till Class XII; proficient with Microsoft excel
5. Keen to work hard, punctual and having a zest for learning.
6. Eye for detail and comfortable in working with numbers and calculations.
Knowledge, Skills and Attitude: -
1. Should have very good convincing and selling skills.
2. Should have good English communication skills.
3. Graduate/P.G./MBA will be preferred.
4. Should be very confident and presentable.
5. Energy levels should be high
