Loan Operations
Role Overview:
The Loan Operations will play a key role in coordinating with multiple international banks and loan providers to secure funding for our residential projects. This position requires strong communication, financial knowledge, and operational expertise in loan sourcing and processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect and maintain professional relationships with international banks and financial institutions.
Manage end-to-end loan operations, including documentation, application, and sanctioning processes.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission of financial and project details to banks.
Track loan applications and follow up with banking partners until closure.
Ensure compliance with international banking norms and company policies.
Provide regular updates on loan status, approvals, and disbursements to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably with exposure to loan operations or banking.
Strong knowledge of loan sourcing, loan processing, and financial documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with international stakeholders.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple loan applications simultaneously.
