The client
Our client is a finance company who provides investment opportunities outside of the banks. They're NZ owned and operated and have experienced significant growth, with no plans of slowing down anytime soon!
Based in Auckland's CBD, we're looking for someone with previous banking or broker expereince, and has experience with new business development. The earning potential is very high in this role. A small retainer is provided monthly, but this is primarily a comission based role.
The earning potential in this role is in excess of $200K, but its very much about what you put in, is what you get out.
Some of your key duties will include:
Market offering/products to referrers (Loan Brokers, Accountants, Bank Colleagues, construction firms etc)
Locate new borrowers
Introduce loans which meet's companies criteria
Prepare applications
Liaise with referrers (normally Loan Brokers) to gain additional information
Keep a strong pipeline, just like a Real Estate Agent for example
Requirements for the role
Previous banking or broker experience and business development experience
A hunger to achieve great commission! A hunter mentality!
Due to this being a permanent opportunity, those only with NZ Citizenship or residency will be considered
