Mortgage Processing Assistants will assist the Processing teams with all administrative tasks (scanning, filing, putting paper work together)
They will be reaching out to internal employees via phone for information on borrowers
They will be working in multiple systems and working a large pipeline of loans
Communicating with third party companies for loan information retrieval
Ordering home owner insurance
Ordering and receiving documents
Check verification of employment for potential home owners/borrowers
Entering different mortgage documents in the database
Reaching out via phone to internal employees for information on the borrowers
Scanning, filing, putting paperwork together
