Job Description
JCW has partnered with a large regional bank in their search for a Loan Review Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong credit skills with experience assessing CRE, C&I, and/or middle-market loans. You'd have the opportunity to evaluate a number of different asset classes while working with a collaborative group.
Location: Can work out of NJ or NYC offices.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting quantitative analyses to evaluate credit risk and devising an annual loan review plan based on findings.
• Independently reviewing loans to assess borrower creditworthiness.
• Monitoring the resolution/validation of noted weaknesses and reporting progress to Senior Management.
• Maintaining a solid understanding of credit risk policies, regulatory expectations, and contributing to the enhancement of credit risk analysis processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree qualified with 5+ years experience in loan or credit review.
• Experience covering C&I and/ or CRE transactions while evaluating risk ratings.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, demonstrating effective communication across various settings, formats, and audiences.
