Loan Service Specialist
The Loan Service Specialist should have at least five years’ experience with the daily operations of loan servicing.
The position of Loan Service Specialist is required to be fully knowledgeable in payment processing, GL transactions/processing, Demand Statements and Payoff processing, insurance and property tax disbursements, and Escrow/Reserve disbursements and Analysis.
The Loan Service Specialist works closely with the Bank’s core processor/servicing system to ensure the system is performing as expected and for addressing any issues and participating in the resolution process. Individual must have excellent organizational and time management skills and provide superior customer service at all times.
South Bay residence preferred.
