Opportunity for Local Field Associates (Bank Recovery)
Locations: Jodhpur, Nagaur, Jaipur, Alwar, Dausa, Sawai Madhopur, Karauli, Tonk, Bundi, Kota, Baran, Jhalawar, Udaipur, Rajasamand, Sirohi, Jalore, Bikaner, Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, Ajmer, Chittorgarh, Bhilwara, Banswara, Sikar, Churu, Jhunjhunu, District
Job Role:
Work with SBI, Rajasthan Grameen Bank, Indian Bank branches as a Local Field Associate (Bank Recovery) on a commission basis. Earn up to 80% of fee receipts (After deducting Tax@ 10% TDS & 18% GST) or a Target based Fixed Salary
Target: Achieve a cash recovery of at least ₹20 Lakh/month, primarily for Agriculture Loan/KCC accounts.

Job Description (JD)
Visit and engage borrowers for loan recovery.
Maintain accurate records and updates for each borrower interaction.
Submit detailed reports to the Branch Manager at the end of the day.
Develop rapport with borrowers and ensure regular follow-ups.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
Recovery Target: Ensure monthly recovery of ₹20 Lakh.
Borrower Engagement: Conduct at least 20 visits daily to borrowers' residences.
Reporting: Submit daily reports and updates to the Branch Manager and designated WhatsApp group.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Recovery Achievement: % of monthly recovery target met.
Visits Per Day: Minimum of 10 borrower visits daily.
Quality of Reporting: Accuracy and completeness of WhatsApp reports, registers, and meeting summaries.
Branch Feedback: Satisfaction score from the Branch Manager.
