The Work
You’ll be the backbone of our local operations, moving freight efficiently across the region. You won't just be behind the wheel—you’ll be active, securing loads, and ensuring our customers get exactly what they need, when they need it.
• Diverse Fleet: You’ll operate flatbeds and Dry Vans.
• Hands-On: Loading, unloading, and securing freight (strapping, chaining, and tarping) is a daily part of the hustle.
• Home Daily: Local routes mean you’re back home at the end of every shift.
What You Bring to the Table
• The "Wants to Work" Attitude: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see a job and you get it done.
• Customer First: You’re professional, well-spoken, and understand that you represent the company on every job site.
• Reliability: You are the person the dispatcher can always count on.
• Technical Skill: Valid Class A CDL with experience in flatbed. If you’ve got experience with forklifts, roll-offs, or tankers, that’s a major plus.
• Safety Mindset: You treat pre-trip inspections as a priority, not a formality.
