AbleCold is at an inflexion point and for the next phase of rapid growth, we are seeking individuals with high-energy, highly motivated to work in ambiguity, and interpersonal and cross-functional skills to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities:

Coordinate Local Operations: Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operational activities at the local level, ensuring timely and efficient execution of logistics processes.

Order Management: Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the system. Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and relevant stakeholders.

Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock counts and minimize discrepancies.

Transportation Coordination: Coordinate local transportation activities, including route planning, scheduling, and tracking. Liaise with drivers and external transport providers to ensure on-time deliveries.

Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and resolving issues effectively.

Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to operational activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Collaborate with the operations team to implement changes and streamline operations.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Promote a safe working environment and adherence to occupational health and safety guidelines.
