Job Description
Localization Vendor/Talent Manager (India- Remote) is needed:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a diversified database of freelance and full-time translators as needed.
- Set team performance metrics and KPIs
- Provide the needed support for the team
- Set development plans for team members to ensure that the team is up to date with industry's latest technologies
- Oversee quality assurance process to ensure all customers are provided with quality service
- Manage client feedback and take part in arbitration when needed
- Apply corporate policies and procedures regarding quality, evaluation and performance
- Manage work volume and take proper actions to align the expected volume with team capacity
- Manage team's utilization
- Monitor cost and profitability
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth work operation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in linguistics, translation, HR or business admiration
- 3+ years of experience in localization
- Previous experience in talent/vendor management is preferred
- Must be based in India
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong managerial skills
