Locksmith & Garage Door Technician
Location: Sydney, NSW – work across the Greater Sydney area (up to 150 km radius)
We’re looking for a hands-on technician to carry out installation, repairs, and servicing of locks, garage doors, entry doors, and windows. The role includes diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, providing practical security solutions, and delivering reliable service to residential and commercial clients.
Full two-week training is provided for the right person, so previous experience is helpful but not essential.
This is a field-based role, so clear communication and a customer-focused approach are important.
What you’ll be doing
Installing and repairing locks, deadbolts, and general security hardware
Servicing and installing garage doors, motors, rollers, and tracks
Repairing or replacing residential and commercial doors and windows
Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and structural issues
Travelling to customer sites across Sydney and surrounding areas (up to 150 km)
What we’re looking for
Practical, mechanically minded, and confident using tools
Experience in locksmithing, garage doors, or door/window repairs is an advantage (not required)
Full driver’s license and your own vehicle
Basic hand tools and power tools
Legal right to work in Australia
Available six days a week from 8am to 10pm
Pay & conditions
Minimum monthly earnings of $2,400, with higher income based on sales and completed jobs
Full-time role, six days a week 8am-10pm
Work across Sydney and nearby regions
Two weeks of not paid training
