About The Position
A facility is seeking a psychiatric nurse practitioner for locum tenens coverage. Cred Time is 1-2 weeks. Travel is covered. This is an outpatient clinic. They need a locums until they can find perm.
The facility is located in suburban Alaska.
The position involves a standard Monday to Friday schedule, where the clinician will provide general psychiatric care and treat PTSD in military patients. The clinician must be open to using Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). An EMR system is utilized, and a license that is either already obtained or in process is acceptable.
Dates Needed: ASAP for 6 months with option to extend
Case Load/PPD: 8-12
Shift Type: Day Shift
Assignment Type: Outpatient
Assignment Duration: Locums
Shift Hours: Full time (40 hours)
Med Checks/Follow-up per day (OP Only): 20 mins
Initial Evaluation Time: 60 mins
