Responsibilities

The Catalyst Coordinator - Associate will work with engineers for catalyst procurement for the coordination of catalysts for aging and vehicle testing activities

Orders parts and ensures correct and timely exhaust after treatment system (ATS) builds

Maintains parts inventory, coordinates part logistics for both internal and external customers

Successfully manage and document the arrival and disposition of all ATS components

Receive engineering test and development requests from various engineering customers and synchronize with usage plans to ensure delivery to proper custodian

Follow established process for managing catalyst lab inventory

Work with engineers to coordinate catalysts for testing, applying professional judgment on priority and validity of requests

Maintain accurate tracking/usage records per Corporate Audit and inventory reconciliation requirements

Must understand and apply pertinent corporate policy regarding management of components that utilize platinum group metals (PGMs)

Reports to and takes direction from Emissions and Aftertreatment Manager and Catalyst Integration Supervisor

Helps maintain the physical inventory in the Cat Lab

Job Description:

• The Catalyst Coordinator - Associate will work with engineers for catalyst procurement for the coordination of catalysts for aging and vehicle testing activities.
