Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily logistics activities in line with the production schedule
Support the flow of goods through receiving, hardware coordination, and dispatch
Assist with managing inventory levels, stock movements, and ordering processes
Prepare and maintain production and logistics documentation
Ensure orders are completed accurately and meet quality standards
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to support smooth operations
Track and report on fabric usage, stock levels, and logistics data as required
Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, processes, and workflow
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Support additional production or logistics tasks as required during peak periods

Recently graduated or early in their career
Interested in logistics, supply chain, production, or operations
Organised, methodical, and detail‑focused
Comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets, and data
Able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines

Skills & Experience
Essential:
Strong computer literacy (especially Excel or similar tools)
Good organisational and time‑management skills
A positive, adaptable attitude
Desirable (but not required):
Logistics, supply chain, business, or operations‑related study
Basic understanding of inventory or production environments
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
