Job Description
• Experience of 1-2 years in e-commerce company or logistics and shipping company.
• Manages day-to-day operations such as sales, inbound, outbound, return, stock reconciliation, returns etc and provide daily dashboards.
• Ensures adequate inventory of materials and products as per revenue targets.
• Manages logistics partners, for domestic and international shipments, and does conflict resolutions for any escalations.
• Ensure all orders are routed in a timely manner as per TAT goals.
• Identify process gaps and implement processes improvements.
• Manage all logistics requirements of the business both in B2B as well as B2C.
• Reduce NDR by constant follow ups between logistics company and customer.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
