We Are Hiring A Logistic Executive
Salary: Rs.25,000/- To Rs.40,000/- Per Month.
Experience: 02-03 Years in Shipping & Logistics.
Qualification: Graduation Only.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Prepare Logistics Plan on a daily basis to drive timely order fulfillment by aligning sales and production plans.
• Lead Route planning and adherence to Logistics Schedule across the Branch so as to drive optimum utilization of Fleet.
• Handle inbound, outbound and prepares invoices, documents related to the plant served.
• Manage Total Inbound/Outbound Operating Cost and Service Performance
• Ensure Inventory management with minimum deviations.
• Manage inventory control; replenishing stock control in SG warehouse Liaise and coordinate with Sales, Finance, Production &Procurement Team.
• Should be able to handle various product categories.
• Ability to work under pressure and to motivate and achieve a good working relationship with personnel at all levels.
• Ensure a safe working environment at the warehouse
• Ensure timely generation and submission of reports
• Maintain daily report and weekly report.
• Follow-up regarding the received invoices and forward the same to transporter and follow up for the payment.
• Cross check invoices before submitting.
• Follow-up regarding the vehicle status like (Diesel, Fast Tag, Vehicle Tracking status).
• Tracking driver routes for timely pick up of loads and to check if any delays.
• Good skills in MS Office & MS Excel applications and ERP software.
• Good Communication In English.
