Job Location: FE-21, B-2, 1st Floor, Malviya Nagar Industrial Area, Malviya Nagar, Rajasthan 302017, IN Employment Type: Full-time (WFH / WFO / Hybrid)
Job Summary : We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Operations MIS Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our global supply chain operations. You will be responsible for coordinating with multiple warehouses across India, North America, Europe, and the UK, managing logistic costs, and ensuring efficient shipment dispatch and tracking. Additionally, you will be involved in inventory planning and generating insightful MIS reports.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with warehouse teams in India, North America, Europe, and the UK to ensure smooth operations.
● Monitor and optimize warehouse performance metrics, including inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and operational costs.
● Analyze and identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs while maintaining service levels.
● Negotiate favorable rates with freight carriers and other logistics providers.
● Implement cost-saving strategies, such as optimizing shipping routes and consolidating shipments.
● Coordinate the dispatch of shipments via sea freight.
● Utilize tracking systems to monitor shipment progress and proactively address any issues.
● Ensure timely delivery of shipments to customers.
● Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts.
● Generate accurate and timely MIS reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
● Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications (Please Apply Only If You Meet These Requirements)
1. Minimum 1 year of experience
○ Managing and executing 200+ international shipments
○ Supply chain coordination
○ Logistics providers, vendors, and shipping carriers
2. Skilled in Excel, Sheets, and other Office/G Suite applications with 55+ WPM (Typing Speed) for tracking shipments, managing logistics reports, and organizing data.
3. CRM/ERP
4. Strong communication skills - Follow Ups & Emails
5. Understanding of international delivery of goods across borders.
Bonus Skills (A Plus for Your Application):
1. Experienced with tools such as Slack, and Asana (or comparable tools) for communication and project management.
2. Asana Project Management Certification.
3. CRM/ERP: Zoho.
4. Experience in SOP Development and process improvement to create efficient workflows within the shipping process.
