US Logistics Accountant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled US Accountant with 3+ years of experience in the Logistics OR Warehousing industry to join our team as an Accounting Professional.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and have hands-on experience in managing and reviewing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities using QuickBooks Online

• Review and process AP and AR transactions accurately

• Perform thorough GL reviews and ensure account reconciliation

• Generate financial reports and assist with month-end closing

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3–6 years of accounting experience in the logistics OR warehousing sector

• Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO)

• Proven experience in AP, AR, and GL review

• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent organizational abilities
