Working as a Logistics Administrator, your duties will include:
• Accurately inputting and processing orders into our client's SAP system
• Creating, printing, and cross-checking legal paperwork
• Managing collection drivers and assisting at the transport office reception
• Providing daily reports of on-site status
• Liaising with the operations team to communicate schedule changes
• Managing spreadsheets and recording workloads for invoice reconciliation and stock control
• Adhering to all site safety rules, actively reporting near misses
• Following the ISO Quality Management System, operating risk assessments, and the 5's storage system
• Assisting in the induction of visiting hauliers and ensuring compliance with PPE and safety standards
To be successful, you will have the following skills and traits:
• Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy - particularly with data entry
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• A proactive approach to safety, quality, and environmental responsibilities
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs
• Proficiency in Word and Excel, with a willingness to learn SAP (full training provided)
• A strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and punctuality
