The Role:


We are looking for reliable and conscientious individuals with a passion for customer service who are eager to learn and develop into one of our logistics allocator roles, as part of our friendly Customer Service Centre team located in Rivervale and reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager . About the Role:


We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Logistics Planner to oversee the delivery of concrete and aggregate products across Perth metro. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the critical link between our customers, fleet drivers, and internal teams ensuring every delivery is on time.


You’ll manage the day-to-day logistics of our fleet, liaise with multiple departments, and maintain strong relationships with customers ranging from residential builders to large-scale project managers. Your ability to coordinate, communicate, and problem-solve will be key to delivering exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Shifts are 5am-1pm, 6:30am-14:30pm, 9am-5pm on weekdays as these are the business operational hours, and occasionally 5am-12pm on a rotating Saturday.

This is a full-time permanent position.
