Responsibilities
Understanding of the BICES-X procurement process
Enter, track, and receive software and hardware maintenance support renewals and new purchases throughout purchasing process
Proactively analyze and track purchases for value of cost, software licensing, maintenance, and service offerings
Review and understand vendor contracts and software license agreements to understand the terms and conditions in which the software can be utilized
Work with vendors, IT, and Supply Chain teams to analyze and resolve complex issues associated with enterprise purchasing
Interact and professionally exhibit customer service skills and be able to present a positive approach with customers, peers, vendors, and supervisors
Perform all other duties as assigned

• Experience communicating with multiple vendors and project managers.
• Experience with data entry (SC360), Accounting Systems and SharePoint
