Job Summary of Logistics and Delivery Helper:
You will ride along with a Package Delivery Driver in our iconic brown trucks, assisting with the delivery of packages of all shapes and sizes. This role involves frequent entry and exit from the truck, making deliveries, and interacting with customers. Helpers are assigned work each morning based on operational needs and availability. You’ll meet the driver at a specified location near your neighborhood. Note: Helpers do not drive the truck.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Logistics and Delivery Helper:
• Assist the driver in efficiently delivering packages to various stops on the designated itinerary.
• Lift and move packages up to 70 lbs in weight by hand.
• Undertake outdoor tasks, regardless of the weather fluctuations.
• Keep your energy levels high and sustain a hopeful attitude as you navigate through your shift.
• Ensure that deliveries are conducted with reliability and detailed attention.
