About the Job:
• Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
• Billing & Accounting: Manage vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate billing records.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, transportation, catering, technical equipment, and material handling.
• Event Execution: Ensure smooth on-ground execution by overseeing timelines, managing teams and vendors, and troubleshooting any real-time issues.
• Communication: Act as the point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and clients to maintain transparency and alignment throughout the planning process.
• Organization: Create and maintain detailed event plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure smooth coordination and delivery.
• Problem-Solving: Tackle unforeseen challenges calmly and efficiently to ensure minimal disruption.
• Creativity: Contribute to conceptualizing event themes, décor ideas, and attendee experiences.
• Time Management: Manage multiple events and responsibilities simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure every aspect of the event—big or small—is executed with precision and professionalism.
