Job Key Responsibilities
• Direct line management and coaching of Warehouse Operatives/Trainee Supervisors, focusing on performance improvement and SMART goal setting.
• Collaboration with Section Managers to optimize shift performance, drive efficiency, and promote a culture of safety and quality.
• Floor Safety Inspections, Hazard Spotting, Safety Gembas, Risk Assessments, and Audits.
• Partnering with the Warehouse Leadership team to ensure all strategic activities are on track and supported.
• Sustaining culture change and turnover reduction initiatives.
Requirements
• Proven experience in Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
