Role responsibilities
Day to day inventory management, including but not limited to receiving, inspecting, stock replenishment & transfer and stocktake
Processing daily returns at the office, which involves device inspection & refurbishment, stock recording and updating the ERP system
Ad hoc fulfilment of deliveries from the office
Liaising with customer service team & sales team on inventory related enquiries
Providing detailed feedback to supplier on product issues and working towards rectification
Maintain accurate office stock levels in the ERP system and at physical locations. Keeping storage and working area tidy and organised.
Provide recommendations on process improvements and work on streamlining workflows.
This role is full-time in our Melbourne CBD office
