We are currently hiring an Air Freight Import and Export Coordinator to join our team!
Job Summary:
This role involves coordinating import and export operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of goods to clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Insure smooth and efficient import and export operations
- Receive orders/bookings from customers
- Coordinate with clients regarding freight clearance instruction, type of Bill of Entry and prepare documentation for customs clearance
- Communicate proactively with customers on shipment status
- Insures KPI performance accordingly to customer agreements and network requirements
- Resolve issues regarding cargo shortage/damage/claims
- Maintain systems and operational processes
- Support for exhibition, hotel logistics and project shipments
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate: $25-$28/hr
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (be flexible for OT and weekend/holiday)
