Coordinate transportation of cargo from origin to final destination.
Communicate with customers to achieve profitable deals and effectively coordinate shipping operations.
Streamline ocean inbound and outbound freight to ensure timely delivery via Ocean/Land/Air.
Generate shipping documentation, manage transportation providers, and provide quotations to customers.
Create daily inventory, monitor shipment status, and track cost of service for select suppliers and LSPs (Logistics Service Providers).
Report Performance Indicators (KPI's) for the Supply Chain function and develop performance metrics to evaluate operating performance.
Manage organizational goals by considering time, budget, and Business Unit objectives.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma/GED required, Bachelors in related degree preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Computer Skills: Excellent computer and database management skills.
Language Skills: Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Data Entry Skills: Highly efficient with data entry.
Experience: Desired at least 2 jobs experience in logistics for 6 months.
