Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow up with transport vendors for timely pickup and delivery of goods
Ensure all deliveries are made as per schedule
Track shipments and update records in the system
Communicate with drivers and vendors to confirm status and resolve any delays
Plan and monitor transport schedules for efficiency
Maintain reports on deliveries, transport costs, and delays
Ensure compliance with transport rules and safety guidelines
Collect Transportation Bills & PODs from Transport Vendors
Skills Required:
Experience in transport or logistics coordination
Good communication skills to interact with drivers and customers
Basic computer knowledge to update reports
Ability to solve transport-related problems quickly
Knowledge of routes and transport rules
