The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing shipments, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• * Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• * Manage shipping schedules, track shipments, and resolve any delays.
• * Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams for smooth supply chain operations.
• * Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
• * Optimize transportation costs while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
• * Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and order fulfillment.
• * Handle customer inquiries and resolve logistics-related issues.
• * Assist in inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.
• * Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• * Strong understanding of international shipping and logistics operations.
• * Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• * Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience
• * Minimum 2-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role.
• * Prior experience in international freight forwarding and customs clearance is an advantage.
• * Experience working with logistics companies, warehouses, or e-commerce firms is a plus.
• Working Hours
• * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• * Occasional weekend work may be required based on shipment schedules.
