Job Context and Purpose:
1. Logistic function for Domestic & Export dispatches.
2. Material Pick up from vendors as required.
3. Finalising the terms and conditions with the transporters i.e. emphasis on freight break up
4. Closely monitor that the dispatch schedule as confirmed by the Transporter is achieved.
5. Follow up with the concerned officials of Customer to unload the vehicle to avoid any kind of Detention.
6. Follow up with the production and despatch department for the upcoming despatches and arrange transportation in advance.
7. Follow up with the Production Department for upcoming Exports and coordinate with CHA for smooth sailing of Goods. Keep track of Available Dates from the shipping Lines.
8. Development of Second line of Transporters for cost and time efficiency.
+. Weekly verification of Invoices of the transporters for the material delivered.
