Key Responsibilities:
#Logistics Data Analysis
Analyze courier performance across regions, weights, and service types.
Monitor key logistics KPIs delivery TATs, RTO rates, forward/reverse shipments.
Identify cost leakages (e.g., high shipping charges, wrong weight slabs) and suggest corrective actions.
#Operational Insights
Create insightful reports from WooCommerce, Shipway, and Excel data dumps.
Analyze zone-wise courier performance to optimize courier selection.
Build dashboards to track real-time logistics efficiency.
#Vendor & Partner Coordination
Collaborate with courier partners for rate negotiation and service improvement.
Track contract terms, rate revisions, and service-level agreements.
Communicate data-backed feedback to external partners.
#Proactive Monitoring
Flag operational bottlenecks based on data trends.
Recommend changes in packaging, order processing, or courier allocation for smoother delivery.
What We're Looking For:
1. Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IFs, etc.).
2. Ability to pull and clean raw data from logistics dashboards or order management systems.
3. Strong communication skills to coordinate with courier partners and internal teams.
4. Problem-solving mindset someone who doesn't just point out issues but suggests solutions.
