About the Role: As a Courier with Propark America, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while delivering and picking up packages. You will drive a company vehicle and ensure regular fueling and cleaning of vehicles. Additionally, you will receive route information from a centralized dispatcher via Android device.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering and picking up packages in a timely and efficient manner
Providing exceptional customer service to clients and vendors
Managing route information and dispatch instructions using an Android device
Maintaining a clean and well-maintained company vehicle
Requirements: To be successful as a Courier, you must have a valid CA driver's license, at least 5 years of driving experience, and meet Propark America's Motor Vehicle Requirements. You should also possess world-class customer service skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions: This role requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and maneuver packages of any weight with assistance when needed. You will need to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members, and work with minimal supervision.
Compensation: $13.50 per hour.
