Description
1) Doing order confirmations on daily basis.
2) Timely reply to the questions asked by the suppliers or other internal departments to resolve any issue in procurement of a part.
3) To keep the purchasing prices and the MOQ quantity up to date in ERP , as and when any update is sent by the supplier.
4) Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communication.
5) To highlight any cases to superiors where immediate attention is needed.
6) Maintain quality of material by checking beforehand any quality related issues of a supplier.
7) Review expediting sheet and sending reminders to supplier.
8) Contact internal teams or superior in case any suggestion is needed to place an order in a timely manner.
