Responsibilities:
- Order Tracking: Monitor and track the status of orders, ensuring timely updates to customers.
- Customer Service: Manage returns, exchanges, and customer feedback to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Software Management: Utilize Uniware/Unicommerce for order management and inventory tracking.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for order status and logistics performance.
• Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with Uniware/Unicommerce or similar logistics software
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
