Procedure for Execute the RM unloading
Procedure for Execute the FG Dispatch
Procedure for Documentation for FG Dispatch
Procedure for GRN Generation
Procedure for Disposal of left-over and Scrap
Procedure for GPCB Legal Compliances
Procedure for Daily MIS and Reporting
Key Responsibilities
Responsible to collect All Documents from Transporter related to Inward.
Responsible to Maintain the Inward Material in Register.
Responsible to make the GRN for all Inward Material.
Responsible to Inward Material Entry as per Vendor Invoice in Tally.
Responsible to Submit the COA to QC.
Responsible to collect the DPR from Plant Personnel.
Responsible to Formulation Entry as per Daily DPR Report.
Responsible to Dispatch Entry as per Daily DPR Report.
Responsible for disposal of left-over and Scrap Material from plant.
Responsible to Collect the E-way Bill from Account for Waste/Scrap Disposal.
Responsible to generate the manifest in GPCB Portal and approval from the Local state User.
Sub Responsibilities
Responsible to Collect the daily logistics planning from in-charge.
Responsible to Check the Availability of ready to dispatch material (Lot/batch with Qty) against daily logistics planning.
Responsible to communicate to Store and logistics In-Charge for the any deviation in availability dispatch material (Lot/batch with Qty) against daily logistics planning.
Responsible to arrange the space at respective location for vehicle loading before schedule time.
Responsible to arrange the material handling equipment like trolly, forklift, Drum Trolly, drum lifter etc. before schedule time.
Responsible to work allocation to labor for loading and unloading.
