End to end secondary transportation process understanding.
Ability to develop documentation to represent transportation business processes & retain
relevant records to support audit activities.
Strong experience / knowledge in development/Maintenance of Transport Vendor networks & Local Milk Run.
Basic knowledge on loss prevention, incident investigation and creating reports
Capable of understanding customer requirements, handling escalation/incidents to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Basic Knowledge on vehicle capacity / Dimension legal requirements, POD requirements/record retention & associated RTO rules.
- Documents preparation (Loading matrix / Pickup Timesheet, Delivery Order sheet) for pickup
- Vehicle Allotment to routes as per Customer requirement,
- Handling Materials to Finished line on time to avoid Zero Line Stoppages.
- Tracking of vehicles for timely pickup and plied as per the route map
- Preparing MIS Reports and Documents for a route operation
- Negotiation with multiple vendors for trucks and audition of trucks suitability for placement operation.
- Milk run route design by physical survey for Route design
Good command in excel and PowerPoint
Capable to drive new initiatives leading to cost savings, Positive attitude, strong work ethic and problem solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
