Logistics Executive

Responsibilities**:

- **Order Tracking**: Monitor and track the status of orders, ensuring timely updates to customers.

- **Customer Service**: Manage returns, exchanges, and customer feedback to ensure high satisfaction levels.

- **Software Management**: Utilize Uniware/Unicommerce for order management and inventory tracking.

- **Reporting**: Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for order status and logistics performance.

• *Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and **Google Sheets**.

- Strong **communication skills**.

- Experience with **Uniware/Unicommerce** or similar logistics software

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
