About Us:
Disability Solutions, a leading Food Distribution Corporation based in San Diego, is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in advancing our 3PL and Freight strategy by leveraging external capabilities to reduce administrative burden.
Job Responsibilities:
3PL Service Level Management: Manage exceptions and review reporting & activity according to company processes.
Order Fulfillment Tracking: Update backlog file and support key stakeholders on open order Shipping & fulfilment statuses.
Shipping/Receiving/Invoicing: Coordinate shipping, receiving, and invoicing activities and update company resources in a timely manner.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory at assigned nodes to ensure accuracy and control.
Freight Purchasing: Purchase freight as needed and coordinate with company freight strategy and processes.
EDI Support: Monitor EDI issues and root cause & correct.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
3+ Years of experience in a similar role.
Analytical and capable of leveraging various data resources.
SAP experience highly preferred.
