Job Description
We are a medium-sized, private limited, Bulk drug / API / Pharma/ Speciality chemical manufacturing group with factories located in Gujarat and Maharashtra and Corporate Office in Worli, Mumbai.
We are looking for a middle-level to senior-level hire at our Corporate Office of an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, well-rounded and sincere candidate to work in Logistics / Export documentation of APIs, pharma intermediates and speciality chemicals.
Candidate must have:
Excellent English verbal communication skills (education in English medium preferred)
> 5 years experience of Logistics in a manufacturing company preferably Chemical (Pharma / Bulk drugs and intermediates)
Experience with making export documentation and dealing with CHAs required
Familiarity with Bank related export/import documentations (LCs and BRC)
Excellent organization skills for recording inquiries and following up with customers (verbally and by email)
Be very meticulous and pay attention to finer details
Efficient in usage of computer programs such as Word and Excel to make reports
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Stay in less than 1 hour commuting distance from Worli
Knowledge of Organic Chemistry is a plus
