We are seeking an experienced Logistics Lead to support and oversee logistics operations at our 3PL partner facility in Louisville, KY
This role will focus on implementing, monitoring, and optimizing workflows defined by the Engineering, Quality Assurance (QA), and Regulatory Affairs (RA) teams for the refurbishment and redistribution of our device —a state-of-the-art telehealth product

Serve as the main operational contact between the company and the 3PL partner, addressing any process deviations or challenges
Implement refurbishment and redistribution processes defined by the Engineering team and ensure compliance with established QA and RA standards
Warehouse Operations and Forwarder Coordination:
Work closely with the 3PL provider to ensure seamless execution of warehouse processes, including inventory management, refurbishment workflows, and shipping
Monitor warehouse performance, including accuracy of inventory records and adherence to defined SOPs
Problem Solving and Process Support:
Identify and escalate operational issues or inefficiencies to relevant teams (e.g., Engineering, QA, RA) for resolution
Assist in scaling operations to handle increasing device volumes while maintaining quality and compliance
Coordinate with 3PL teams to execute updates to workflows and implement process improvements
Reporting and Systems Management:
Use NetSuite ERP to manage inventory, track refurbishment progress, and generate operational reports
Collaborate with internal teams using CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics to ensure accurate data exchange and reporting
Provide regular updates on 3PL performance metrics, including turnaround times, defect rates, and traceability compliance
Act as the on-the-ground leader for logistics execution at the 3PL site, supporting operational staff and ensuring alignment with company objectives
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Engineering, QA, and RA, to maintain seamless operations
Lead onsite reviews and audits to ensure processes are consistently followed and meet company standards

Position Overview

• Demonstrated ability to work with third-party logistics providers to execute defined workflows and meet key performance metrics.
• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite and familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for implementing and monitoring complex workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and forwarders.
